Google versus Facebook (versus Twitter versus PBB…it could go on and on)

So the other day I got this email that Google was dead, move all your advertising to Facebook.
The arguments, as they were made, were as follows:
1. Google is too big and expensive
2. Facebook is nicer and costs less.
